Madelyn is a certified teacher with a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto's OISE program, a Bachelor of Arts with High Honours in Music and Psychology. She has worked with students in many different settings including classroom teaching, 1:1 academic and mindfulness coaching, arts educator for the Canadian Opera Company, along with many other unique experiences.

Madelyn has devoted her career to creating a philosophy of pedagogy. She is very passionate and believes there are infinite ways to reach the potential of students without putting immense pressure on them to succeed within standardized ideas of intelligence. She strives to create a balanced lifestyle within her classroom, while empowering her students to be the best versions of themselves and explore different avenues to reach individual learners. Similar to an adventure, she takes a creative approach to teach with the intention of unlocking her students limitless imagination.  

 

Madelyn's mission is to create a new system of education to improve learning and self-empowerment for more students. She is excited to collaborate with the Transform Community to bring this mutual idea to life.
